Kappa Kontroll Banda Heritage Sweatpants
Drawing inspiration from their early 80s performance streetwear, Kappa Kontroll have launched a new range that features some killer nostalgic styles. Made from a premium cotton polyester blend, the Banda Heritage Sweatpants are a modern update on the classic, featuring contrast white piping against the black base, these are a slim fit style, with a stand out repeated screen print of the Kappa logo flowing down the side of both legs in a glitter silver ink. The ribbed ankle cuffs have zipper openings which is a nice extra detail that allows for more styling range.
Kappa Kontroll first launched in 1956 but gained a strong following in the early 80s with their premium sportswear styles, contrast colourways and stand out two figure logo, that is still recognisable today - for those who remember the original. The new season has some strong modern updates whilst still maintaining a heritage look.
